Born in the north of France and raised in Hyères (on the Mediterranean coast), he moved to Paris in the mid-nineties where he discovered the world of photography when he bought his first camera.

His hobby turned into a full time job after his pictures of a show in Bercy from "The Royal Andalusian School of Equestrian Art" (who are based in Jerez de la Frontera) were published in "Cheval Magazine". He worked as a sports photographer for "Stadium" agency from 1997 to 1998.

He left Paris for the south west of France, then worked as a stableman in a horse riding school from 1999 to 2000.

He joined Greenpeace in 2001 where he has been working as a crew member on the NGO's fleet until January 2009.

Interested in environment and NGO's work, his main photographic subjects are landscapes, candid portraits and stage art.

His life as a seaman allows him to feed his appetite for travelling, and also provides him with various subjects for his photographic work.
