NAME: ALAY KUMAR GHOSHAL BORN: 1956 EDUCATION: B. A. from Calcutta University. Diploma in Fine Arts from Government College of Art & Craft, Calcutta. Ranked 1st class 1st in 1983. PARTICIPATION: Participated and invited in different group shows organized by National Exhibition of Contemporary Art, State Academy, Academy of Fine Arts, Birla Academy and many other private galleries. Also participated in some workshops namely YOUNG ARTISTS workshop organized by Max Muller Bhawan, Calcutta. SOLO: At Birla Academy of Art & Culture in 1993 At The Center Art Gallery in 1994 At Hotel Monarch in Ooty in 1995 COLLECTION: National Gallery of Modern Art (New Delhi), Siemens India Ltd. Century Paper & Pulp, Regent Tobacco, Mr. Harsh Neotia, Mr. Mithun Chakravarty and many other private collectors.
