I started my work as an artist about 30 years ago when I graduated with Masters Degree in Fine Arts from University of Art in St. Petersburg, Russia.
Most of my life I worked as an interior and exterior designer. My assignments vary from private orders to completion of huge government design projects. I have worked with a large variety of art medium stained glass, murals, mosaics, ceramics, fresco and much more.
When I immigrated to Israel in 1990 I was looking for a fresh start. I wanted to learn something that is not well known and made by lots of artists. My search stopped on fused glass. This technique attracted me with its beauty and simplicity. Since then it was my art medium of choice. I opened an art studio and successfully operated it until I moved to Canada in 1995.
Currently I live in Edmonton Alberta and continuing working with fused glass. I have participated in several Art Shows and my work is displayed in various Art Galleries across Canada. |
