| The sculptor Ashot Kazaryan was born in Erevan in 1957.In 1972-76 he studied in The Tarlemezyan Art College.In 1979-82 he studied in Drezden Art cademy,Germany.During this period of work he created the monumental composition (Two Lovers) for a park of Berlin.In 1985-91Kazaryan studied in the Art Academy of Russia,St.Petersburg.His graduation work- Requiem(wich was devoted to prepetuate the memory of the deceased in the Armenian earthquake) was highly estimated by the Art Academic Concil. Since 1992 Ashot Kazaryan has been the customary participant of russian and international exhibitions and annual exhhibitions held by the Russian Artist's Union.In St.Petersburg Ashot Kazaryan's works are The Photographer Bulla(Malaya Sadovaya Street) and others famous works are also in the collection of the Contemporary Art Museum(Hannover,Germany),PompiduCenter(Paris,France)Alex Gallery(California USA) and in many private collections in Russia and abroad. |
