CARLOS RAFAEL VEGA PÉREZ
He is born in The City of Havana, January 24 1968. He studied in the Academy of Art San Alejandro (1989-1993).He is member of the Hermanos Saíz (AHS) Asociación and ACEA (Catalan Association of Artistic Entities).
