| Biography | |
| It is year 1971. Dima Nencheva begins her life on the Earth in Bulgaria, a country in Europe so ancient and so special. She grows up in an old aristocratic family of exotic parents. At school Dima shows her leadership and stands out for her vitality and energy. She is a leader in all after school activities. Naturally, her gifts do not remain unnoticed by her teachers, and following her desire to draw and paint she continues her education at the Fine Arts High School in her home city of Varna. In the course of her studies there Dima takes part in all the national and international exhibitions, including those in Berlin, Rostok and Baden Baden, Germany. It is remarkable that there she is awarded only First or Special Prizes! Her paintings start to adorn the homes of her teachers in art. Dima graduates with honours. She has visited the world cultural and architectural landmarks and has done paintings in Europe and Asia in Monaco, The Vatican, Italy, France, Greece, Austria, Germany, Spain, Macedonia, Poland, The Czech Republic, Hungary, Moscow and Thailand. In 2003 Dima settles to Mississauga, Canada, with her husband and her two children. In 2004 she moved to Toronto. She draws and paints, writes poems, studies astrology and fills us with the same positive energy that emanates from all her paintings. Dima Nencheva has unique talent to make four different pictures in one frame. She has developed her own style: MULTIPOSITIONAL CONCEPTIVE ABSTRACT. Revolving the frame shows different subjects at each position! In each of these four positions everyone can see different images. She is a member of Club ONE OF A KIND. |
