Gregg Mulford, a native of New York State, now resides in Massachusetts. His artist training includes study in art at Syracuse University and the Fuller Art Museum in Brockton as well as independent study in the Boston area. His work is represented in private collections in New York and New England.

With degrees in psychology and counseling Mr. Mulford works in the area of psychotherapy. Due to his study in psychology and the study of the self, his choice in landscapes represents a desire for man to understand oneself in relation to nature and the world around. Thus, the landscape is seen as an interpretive journey through one’s mind and the relationship that we hold with nature. Through the use of color, light/shadows, and composition, Mr. Mulford’s meditative landscapes portray his fondness of the natural beauty around us. The artist works in both pastels and oils.
