I was born in west central Ohio to a large family. My sister and I enjoyed painting and drawing when we were small, often competing. My inspiration for my word often comes from photos I take around my home or in traveling. I also use many of my fathers photos for inspiration. I love to sketch interesting faces, and friends. My favorite flower, the iris shpws up frequently in my work. I have five grown children and two grandchildren . I live in southern Indiana with my husband.
