I started drawing at a young age. It quickly became one of my favorite pastimes starting with pencil and moving to charcoal and onto pen and ink. I ventured onto photography at the start of high school, around the same I learned how to paint using acrylics. Experiencing painting with oil was the next on my list. Oil has since become my favorite medium, even though I have been using it for the least amount of time.
In high school I took many art and photography classes. I experimented with many mediums and learned how to develop my own film, as well as set lighting in a studio environment. In college I honed my photography with more classes, while doing the same with my drawings through experience at home. Later, I took another art class. This time it was solely on oil painting.
I have several photographs published through the International Library of Photography.
My portfolio has artwork from a variety of subject matters. I have created art of animals, flowers, portraits, still life, and landscapes. |
