Biography
With a strong and active interest in art since my elementary school days, as an adult I drifted into a number of related fields, ranging from technical artist to book illustrator and author at a later stage. As a developing artist I studied at the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts, the Art Students League in New York, and Instituto Statale in Florence, Italy. Working first as a mural artist (in the fresco technique) I eventually returned to painting in water color, which has always been my favorite medium and the one IÃ¢ÂÂve used in most of my exhibited paintings. I have exhibited at the Farnsworth Museum in Rockland, Maine; Lever House in N.Y.C; Nabi Gallery, Sag Harbor, N.Y.; CanioÃ¢ÂÂs Books, Sag Harbor, NY; Great Neck House, Great Neck, N.Y.; National Art League, Douglaston, N.Y.; Bayside Historical Society, Fort Totten, NY.
