I am J.R. Sell and I work in oils, water, house paint, resin, and

any thing else I can find that will stimulate my feelings and creativity.

 I make mistakes and that’s OK.  If you don’t take risk you can’t win

and you will fail from time to time. It’s all learning, all artists just keep learning, if you good that is. I began to work in art before I went to school.  I sold my first painting when I was 8 and have been selling them for over 60 years.  I’ve sold paints to large corporations, to small companies, to god knows who from Paris to Germany. I really don’t care where they go… I sell them cheap so I can buy more supplies and sell more cheap paintings.  I live in Maine; that tells you something. I hate winter.
