Biography
Keith Bough is a self-taught artist living in the Mission district of San Francisco. Keith draws his inspiration from the creative processes as much as from a clear vision of the final painting. Starting with a rough idea of the process he will use, Keith will intermittently paint and assess until he arrives at a finished painting. Keith often says that the trick is "knowing when to stop." Keith uses acrylic and oil paints on wood panel and canvas. Keith paints in his Mission studio where he also builds his own wood panels and stretches his own canvas.
