Born in 1967 in Chernigov, Leonid finished his classical Art Graphics formation at the Odessa Institute of Fine Art (1992).
His favorite subjects consists of unpretentious landscapes, portraits and still life borrowing from a combination of realistic and impressionistic style.
Early on, he felt a strong desire to paint the land of his birth.
He often traveled to capture nature's beauty not only with his eyes but also with feel, conveying on his canvas not merely an image, but universal emotions as well. Sharing his joy with bright colors. His paintings introduces the viewer to peaceful landscapes, childeren at play, or women in reflecting moods, which provides us relief from the complexity of our life.
The work of Leonid Zabarovsky is represented in both public and private galleries in Europe (Greece, Russia, Slovakia, Armenia, England, England, and Canada)
Since 1994, he has been featured in 6 personal exhibitions in the Ukraine. |
