Luke is a Polish artist residing in Irealnd.

After growing up in harsh and “black and white” communist reality Luke discovered his fascination in creating colorful stories for children. During the following years he was working as a graphic designer and children’s book illustrator, and last 7 years as an artist and art teacher.

Luke’s paintings can be described as imaginative realism and stays under influence of kid’s imaginary and graphic background. He has developed his own individual style and technique that truly captures his fascination in unlimited imagination and vibrancy of colour. In his paintings objects have unusual functions and human beings behave differently than in everyday life. By depicting impossible situations and objects Luke cunningly toys with reality.

Luke’s work has been purchased by public and private collectors in Ireland, Europe and America. He produces also commissioned pieces.
