Artist Statement:
Looking for the sky in the well's depth,
Figuring out azure or fire squares,
Fragmenting the matter so it can break, as ice, when debacle occurs,
Polishing dark stones,
catching nuggets in fusion,
Calling upon stained-glass windows and barbaric jewels,
Alternating splits and quiet horizons,
Chaining oneself to the ebb and flow,
Embracing the spiral that gave birth to the world,
Calling out to the past : Chauvet, Cosquer, Lascaux, Altamira,
Feeding oneself on twilights'matter,
Turning rough things into infinite softness,
Stubborness and thinness of life.
