| Biography | |
Nestor "Nino" Buhay has over nine years experience working as a Graphic Artists and presently employed at Gulf PetroLink since 2000. He studied Fine Arts major in Advertising in Far Eastern University, Philippines (1993-1999) and arrived in Bahrain on 1999. He worked as an Artist at AdShop-Bahrain (1999).
He is currently an active member if Ispektrum and was a past president (2004-2006), exhibit committee member (1999-2004) of the group. During his terms of office, he pursue and lead different programs and activities like ‘Kulayan (Color) for Kids”, art exhibit, on-the-spot painting contest,
trainings and seminars. He has participated in seven art exhibition held in Bahrain. Nino remains involved in several projects helping different groups, institutions and individuals on their artistic requirements. Nino is currently member of the Filipino Club Executive Committee (2006-2008). His main interests are in Tattoo, 3D and web technologies. |
