Welcome to my page. I have been drawing and painting all my life. Although I've dabbled in all sorts of media, I seem to be drawn to pastels.
I like to have my hands directly on the art. The fewer tools and machines between me and it, the better. I realize I'm saying this as I'm posting my work on a computer site but marketing would seem to be a different matter.

Even something as uncomplicated as a brush is removing the artist from the work itself. For the same reason, I prefer guitars and other stringed instruments. I like having my hands directly on the object making the sound. I think art is made with the hands and the mind and keeping it simple is a good idea if you are telling a joke, or painting a picture.
