Hi, I'm Rachel, I was born in the West Midlands and have not travelled far, now living in Staffordshire with my partner and daughter.
I love wild life and notice lots more about the world around me as I get older!! I have always loved animals and rescue what I can when I can.
I have loved and appreciated art from a very young age and started using a camera, mainly to photograph work which I wanted to record to paint at a later date. I then found that through art and photography I could create a world combined.
Of course, there will always be those who look only at technique, who ask "how," while others of a more curious nature will ask "why." Personally, I have always preferred inspiration to information and I find that as an artist my world is limitless. It can be found anywhere, far from where I live or a few feet away. It is always on my doorstep.
For me one of the most enjoyable things about photography is being out there, enjoying the world we live in, the people, scenery and creatures that inhabit our planet.
