Biography
Timur Karim was born on 22 February 1968 in Duszanbe, Tadjikistan, where he studied art. Between 1990 and 1996, he got a scholarship from the tadjikistan Ministry of Culture, and he studied at the I.E. Repina Academy of Arts in St. Petersburg. The place where his artistic personality was shaped was also the famous portret Studio where generations of painters mastered their artistic talent. He lives in Poland now.
