The Rye Art Gallery
The majority of my pictures are based on the Hastings coastline and painted on wood to give an atmospheric feel to the work, conjuring up a sense of sea, shingle beach and driftwood. I have used the grain of the wood in both picture and frame to give the illusion of depth and to enhance the nautical aspects of the scene
Other works include abstract seascapes and linear nudes, which are currently exhibited with The New Riviera Group in Hastings and can also be seen in local Hastings Galleries restaurants and âÂÂBright Ideasâ gallery in Sovereign Harbour.
I have also taught Art & Design at various levels at Waltham Forest College in East London.
