Dawn Marks is a native of Central Minnesota and is the founder of Endless Nature. She began Endless Nature by creating works of art using naturally occurring dried foliage. Dawn's past artistic endeavors include the creation of very unique Wreaths and Swags made from natures own life sources such as dried pine cones, mullen, acorns, seeds, and various other types of naturally occurring weeds and plant life. Her love for Minnesota, and nature in general, is evident in every piece of her art work. Dawn's past art work includes a wide variety of media using both pencil and brush. She currently resides in Southern Minnesota with her husband and family teaching and creating, endlessly.
The media of Dawn's new art works depict various nature scenes expressed through the art of tearing new wallpaper into a variety of small portions, then using the vast array of newly created color schemes to recreate a favorite picture, certain landmark or historical site, in picture format. Minnesota scenes of Gooseberry Falls and Split Rock Lighthouse or a Sunset in Santa Cruz, CA. are but a few of her fantastic recreations through this unique and amazing art form. One must see these works of art to fully appreciate and understand their complexities and beauty.
