Biography
A fine arts major, Karen's photography fulfills the creative interpretation of the subject captured through the lens of her camera. Her outdoor compositions are taken in natural light while others are treated as a still life and composed in her studio similar to a painting. The end results, like any piece of art, reflects her own artistic vision and imagination rather than a literal interpretation of what she has captured through her camera. Karen's career in the arts has straddled the creative side with her own work and the business of promoting other artists in the non-profit arena. She is represented by several galleries within the New England states as well as in private and business collections throughout the U.S. Karen resides in the rural area of northern New Hampshire.
