Shengxian Qiu was born in Jiang Xi province in 1955. By 1982, he graduated from Jin De Zhen Art Academy. His works collected by private collectors and museums all over the world. He is now an exclusive artist in Outstanding Art Gallery, and his artworks are widely loved and collected by collectors all over the world.
