My name is Wee Lian. from Malaysia. I have been pursuing my dream as an art educator. I have been learning art since age of 8. Due to financial problem, I once gave up this dream for few years. Recently, I'm so lucky to have a chance to take part in Global Undergraduate Exchange Program. I had been given a chance to learn painting again. This experience rekindle my aspiration to be an artist.

For me, art is a way to express myself and my perception of reality. You don't need to be highly educated to appreciate it. My art is a combination of my imaginary and observation. To me, drawing is like a camera which can capture my minds. I record down every precious memory and thought that can be vanished in a blink of eyes.
