Biography
Asia Katz was born in Bulgaria, she graduated from "Ulius Fuchic", where she has studied photography. Following she has participated in numerous exhibitions throughout Bulgaria. In 1991 Asia Katz immigrated to Israel and opened her own gallery in Safed. Since 2003 she is a member of the "Israeli Professional Artist Association" and a member of the "Israeli Association of Artist and Sculptors". Works by Asia Katz are on display in galleries throughout the world as well as in many private and public collections. She uses innovative art techniques by combining in sophisticated manner various medium including aquarelle, gouache, pencil, ink, stylus, acrylic paint and engraving.
