Actualmente asiste al taller del pintor puertorriqueño Rafael Rivera Ortiz. Es el taller sinónimo de terapia, espacio y tiempo para dedicarse a su pasión, la pintura.
Con un bachillerato en Bellas Artes, con concentración en pintura de la Universidad Católica de Puerto Rico en Ponce, estudió con los artista: Ana Bassó, Adrián Nelson Ramírez y Julio Micheli.
Es Ponce donde nace y se cria, donde descubre que además de talento, tiene vocación para el arte con la artista mexicana Oliva Mercado.
Con Oliva descrube la facilidad con que se le da el retrato a lápiz y lo practicó sin cansar.
Con la pintura estudió la naturaleza abstracta, con la espátula y el pincel por muchos años.
Hace 3 años que se dedica a la pintura figurativa y el arte del retrato. Trabajando en comisiones y usando a sus hijos y sobrinos de modelos.
Su misión en esta etapa de su vida es demostrar que ser esposa y madre trabajadora no impide dejar la vocación a un lado. Con una buena organización y disciplina se pueden alcanzar sueños, siendo éstos metas disfrazadas.
Sus obras se encuentran en importantes colecciones privadas de Puerto Rico y Estados Unidos. También ha participado de numerosas exhibiciones colectivas e individuales en importantes salas de la isla.
