Biography
An east coast transplant to the southwest, I fell in love with New Mexico when I was moved here by a company I worked for 8 years ago. Though I'm not a traditional southwestern artist because of the subject matter I often choose, the landscape and wide open spaces have been a source of inspiration for creativity. I started painting as a child, and am a third generation artist on my father's side. Oil, Watercolor, Acrylic and Chalk are all mediums I work with, though Watercolor and Oil are my main pursuits these days. I'm also a professional scuba diver, though of course living in the desert I don't make a living that way, I travel whenever I get a chance and many of my paintings are of the sealife I have seen in my travels.
