Biography
Hugo the Mystery Painter in essence is really Dr. Winn Henderson who several years ago was convicted of IRS fraud and spent 28 months in a Federal prison. He emerged an accomplished painter and published writer. He still paints, writes, tours, and lectures on drug rehabilitation. Also painted a series in 1995 that he signed as Rorschach and claimed he was the grandson of Rorschach.
