Biography
Phil has been drawing since he was a child. His talent has been mainly in pen and ink drawings done for various people. It is only now that he is getting his artwork out to a broader public. He would like to do write a children's book along with illustrating a children's book. Phil is also a talented photographer. Phil is expanding his skills with art done on the computer using painter and eventually Adobe Photo Shop. Phil is working on some new pieces which will be added in the next several weeks.
