Biography 
Hugo the Mystery Painter in essence is really Dr. Winn Henderson who several years ago was convicted of IRS fraud and spent 28 months in a Federal prison. He emerged an accomplished painter and published writer. He still paints, writes, tours, and lectures on drug rehabilitation.
Also painted a series in 1995 that he signed as Rorschach and claimed he was the grandson of Rorschach.
 Style Abstract Expressionism
Movement in painting, originating in New York City in the 1940s. It emphasized spontaneous personal expression, freedom from accepted artistic values, surface qualities of paint, and the act of painting itself. Pollock, de Kooning, Motherwell, and Kline, are important abstract expressionists.
