Biography
Noel Columbres was born in the Philippines. The artist possesses a degree in Fine Arts, and was able to express his innate artistic abilities via the advertising field for about 10 years, eventually becoming an Art Director. Water color is his preferred medium. Mr. Columbes is able to accept water color and oil commissions, based on your favorite subject, photos, etc. He has done commissions of scenic vistas, individual homes, pets, etc.
