Biography 
Gia Chikvaidze was born in Tbilisi ,Republick of Georgia in 1961.He found guidance early on from his father,who was very talanted theatrical artist.Gia studied graphics and book illustrstions at Tbilisi State Academy of Art.He worked on commissioned murals,book illustrations,on set designsfor numerous theatrical and movie projects.He exhibited his work throughout Europe,including exhhibition in Germany, Ygoslavia,Finland,Poland,Italy and United States.Curently he is residing in California USA.
 Style Surrealism
An art style developed in Europe in the 1920's, characterized by using the subconscious as a source of creativity to liberate pictorial subjects and ideas. Surrealist paintings often depict unexpected or irrational objects in an atmosphere of fantasy, creating a dreamlike scenario.
