Biography 

Enrique Dussan is a Colombian artist with a BA in advertising and marketing from Jorge Tadeo University of Bogota. Born into a family of artists, he was exposed to art during his early childhood. At age 7, he participated in Colcultura National Art Contest and was awarded a prize for first place. His family then moved to Haiti, where he was exposed to Caribbean art and he started working with clay and paper mache.

Later in life he lived in Puerto Rico, where he mastered the art of pottery. He became an active member of Casa Candina, where he had several exhibitions. In 1990 he was the winner of the Arsenal de la Puntilla Award for his unique texturized coil technique. He was also a professor at Sagrado Corazon University of Puerto Rico's advertising school.

After moving to the United States, Enrique established himself in New York where he continued working in the arts. He has lived in Miami for the last 12 years, where he has his art studio.

Enrique has had several exhibitions in the US, Puerto Rico, Mexico and South America.
