Frank is an accomplished artist who was born in Ghent, Belgium, and now resides permanently in Tenerife where he has been exhibiting his work for many years.

Frank studied at the Saint Luke School of fine Art (Sint Lucas Kunst Academie) where he honed his natural ability.
