She was born in Eskisehir in 1960. Seher Tokay's ability on painting is noticed as of her childhood, however she couldn't not be trained in painting because she had to go around the Turkey with his officer husband and look after her three lovely children. In spite of being untrained on painting, her success on portraits is appreciated. She still lives in Istanbul Buyukcekmece with her family.
