Kurt Heyden, Born in Bayern, Germany studied at the Art Academy of Düsseldorf. 
Mr. Heyden is best known for his hunt scenes, but also paints lovely ballroom and concert scenes. 
Curd says he was inspired as a youth while touring the English countryside to paint his most favored subject "The English Hunt"
