This art piece represents language as a symbol of identity. It says ''al logha al arabeya'' which means arabic language, here portrayed in Egyptian Deco material. The message behind this, is that even though we all NEED to learn about and accept each other's cultures, we need to hold onto out own. The color around the statement portrays ''culture'' incidentally being over taken by the black color, meaning that we are all losing our culture, and who we are, and if we do not hold onto ourselves we will all be of one culture.
