Description

This is an expertly rendered abstract acrylic on paper painting. The tones and colors of this painting are a great example of the level of mastery that Bageris has over his paint. The brushwork is very unique and gives the impression of motion. This painting is a perfect balance of quick, dashing and jagged strokes, combined with slow, smooth and curving strokes that give the painting a feeling of solidity. It is beautifully framed in a gold and black, ornate wood frame. The color of the wood is a perfect accent to the tones of gray in the painting. It is also matted in a gray mat that reflect the gray tones and accent the red strokes of the painting. The entire piece, including the frame, is 18 x 25.5.
