This is a beautiful, original acrylic on paper, abstract painting by John Bageris. It is full of smooth, curving strokes whos colors flow into each other and create great unity throughout the painting. This painting is done in a monochromatic style for the most part, broken only by the few golden highlights. Though this picture does not contain much color, its tonal quality is excellent. Making sharp contrast where desire, and yet in other areas allowing for a smooth transition in tones. This 38 x 30 painting is beautifully framed in a black and silver ornamental frame and matted in a gray mat. Both the mat and frame match the grays of the painting perfectly, and help to accent those golden highlights.
