Welcome, thanks for looking.

This is a painting of Malcolm X. A while after finishing his biography I was very moved and I took a walk. As I was walking, I came across a dumpster with his picture in it. I took that as a sign to paint a portrait of him. Still, I have the picture I found hanging in my bedroom.

This painting is done on a recycled cabinet door. The edges on the door make a great frame. They are painted black.

Measurements are: 20"x23" and about an inch thick.
